LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a highly respected plaintiff litigation practice to identify an experienced Senior Trial Attorney for an immediate opening in Dallas, Texas.
This is a unique opportunity for an accomplished trial attorney to join a successful and established litigation team handling complex medical malpractice, catastrophic injury, and wrongful death matters. The role offers significant courtroom exposure, leadership responsibility, and the opportunity to serve as lead counsel on high-value cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex litigation matters from intake through resolution
- Develop and execute litigation and trial strategy
- Take and defend physician, expert witness, and fact witness depositions
- Prepare and argue motions, hearings, and dispositive matters
- Prepare cases for mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial
- Serve as lead trial counsel on significant litigation matters
- Collaborate with clients, experts, and legal support teams
- Mentor and support junior attorneys and legal staff
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active Texas Bar license in good standing
- 10+ years of litigation experience
- Experience taking and defending physician expert witness depositions
- Strong legal writing, advocacy, and negotiation skills
- Medical malpractice, catastrophic injury, or wrongful death litigation experience strongly preferred
- Excellent client communication and relationship management abilities
