Remote Destination Support Advisors work with clients to gather information about their preferences, schedules, budgets, and overall needs. You will use available resources and online systems to research suitable options, present recommendations, coordinate arrangements, and provide helpful information throughout the process.
Typical responsibilities include communicating with new and existing clients, researching destinations and available options, comparing pricing and features, preparing personalized recommendations, assisting with reservations, reviewing important details for accuracy, maintaining client information, and following up before and after scheduled services.
No previous industry experience is necessary. Training and ongoing support are available to help you become familiar with the systems, resources, and processes used in the role.
Candidates should be self-motivated, organized, professional, and comfortable working independently. Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, basic computer skills, and reliable internet access are important. The ability to manage multiple requests and provide friendly, responsive service is also essential.
