Executive Chef – Mahalle RestaurantMahalle Restaurant is an upcoming Turkish-Mediterranean restaurant located on Fillmore Street in San Francisco.
We are looking for a creative and experienced Executive Chef to develop our menu from scratch and bring our culinary vision to life.
Qualifications:
* Minimum 5 years of professional culinary experience
* Experience in menu development and kitchen management
* Knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine; Turkish cuisine experience is a plus
* Strong leadership and organizational skills
* Experience in food cost management and quality control
