Private Event Coordinator / Sales Specialist — Drai's After Hours
Location: Las Vegas, NV
Salary: $50,000–$60,000/year

Drai's After Hours is a premier Las Vegas nightlife destination with a growing private events and group sales business. We're looking for a motivated coordinator/sales specialist to own that pipeline.
What You'll Do- Serve as the primary point of contact for private event and group booking inquiries
- Respond to leads promptly, qualify needs, and convert inquiries into bookings
- Build and manage proposals, contracts, and pricing for private events
- Coordinate event logistics with operations and staff to ensure smooth execution
- Maintain and grow relationships with repeat clients, planners, and partners
- Track outreach, leads, and bookings; report on pipeline and conversion regularly
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities (corporate, celebration, group/partnership events)
- Prior experience in event sales, hospitality sales, or private events coordination
- Strong communication and negotiation skills; comfortable owning the full sales cycle
- Highly organized, able to juggle multiple active leads and events at once
- Experience with CRM/booking tools (e.g., Tripleseat) a plus
- Flexible availability, including some evenings/weekends for events
- $50,000–$60,000/year
