- We are seeking a part time Journeyman Electrician to support commercial construction projects as part of a small electrical crew. Reporting to the Electrical Superintendent, this role involves regional and local travel for project assignments, with opportunities to advance into foreman progression and project supervision.
Responsibilities
- Install electrical systems and wiring for commercial construction projects.
- Troubleshoot circuits and resolve electrical issues.
- Ensure work complies with applicable electrical codes and the National Electrical Code.
- Read and interpret electrical blueprints.
- Estimate required electrical materials.
Preferred Qualifications
- Two or more years of experience in electrical installation and maintenance.
- Journeyman electrician license.
- Experience with electrical wiring and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of the National Electrical Code and OSHA safety standards.
- Blueprint reading and conduit bending skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
