Key Responsibilities
• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, providing excellent customer service
• Dispatch technicians and plumbers efficiently based on location, skill set, and job priority
• Manage daily schedules and resolve everyday scheduling conflicts with strong problem-solving skills
• Proactively update customers throughout the day as schedules shift due to job progress or delays
• Order, receive, and coordinate parts needed for customer repairs
• Maintain clear, accurate communication with both customers and field technicians
• Track job status and ensure smooth handoffs between office and field teams
What We’re Looking For
• Positive, professional attitude and strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to stay calm and solution-oriented when schedules change
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Prompt, consistent follow-through with customers and technicians
• Experience in dispatching, customer service, or a related role preferred (plumbing/HVAC experience a plus but not required)
• Comfortable learning basic scheduling and parts-ordering processes
