Decimal Engineering specializes in Precision CNC Machining and Custom Sheet Metal Fabrications for the aerospace, medical, automotive, electronics, and marine-related industries. The Welder position is the perfect position for a dedicated, self motivated team player willing to maintain an aggressive production schedule. Overtime and adjusted hours are sometimes necessary as scheduling demands. Candidate must be a highly skilled individual with a minimum of five years welding experience. This position requires comprehensive working knowledge with stainless steel, aluminum and mild steel (all with a wide range of material thickness).
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
- Specific knowledge of MIG and TIG Welding with 5+ years experience
- TIG welding on ALL metals (Stainless, mild, aluminum) in ALL positions
- Spot welder setup (Tooling selection, machine setup)
- Experience in building fixtures and doing setups for precision sheet metal fabrication
- Ability to read blueprints and determine quality requirements
- Ensure outstanding quality and optimum efficiency are consistently achieved
- Dependability
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate in English.
Compensation details: 20-26 Hourly Wage
