About this position
Winston Taylor is looking for a mid-level associate to join its structured finance group. Candidates should have three to six years of strong structured finance deal experience at a law firm with a focus in structured finance, lending, securitization, or similar finance structures, primarily in the residential mortgage finance and other consumer finance related industries. Experience across a variety of asset types and structures is preferred but not required. While New York is the preferred location for this position, we will also consider candidates within our other offices.
