ALL APPLICATIONS AND INQUIRIES ARE KEPT STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL.
If you are a Virginia family law attorney ready for a meaningful career, helping people navigate some of the most important transitions of their lives, at a firm that prioritizes your own sustainability as an attorney, Chowdhury Divorce Law Group is the place for you. Here, you will not have to worry about client acquisition or have to chase after clients for trust replenishments. Instead, you will dedicate your efforts to advocacy and strategy, delivering exceptional outcomes for clients. Our feedback-driven culture ensures your success, while performance-based bonuses offer a direct financial reward.

- Attorney coverage when you're out, so you can truly relax and recharge while on vacation
- Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)
- Paid Time Off and paid holidays
- Modern systems, streamlined workflows, and real operational stability that allows you to work from home
- Private office (if you prefer to be in-office)
- Meaningful, high-impact family law cases, not routine churn
- A collaborative, professional culture where attorneys are supported, not isolated
We are a growing family law firm in Fairfax, VA, and we're looking for an attorney who wants to be part of building something, not just joining something already built. For the right attorney, that includes a partnership opportunity. You'll own your cases from initial strategy through resolution, with real autonomy and the support of a collaborative team behind you.
We work remotely, not as a perk, but as a deliberate practice. If you do your best thinking outside a traditional office, stay organized without being micromanaged, and find that you're sharper and more focused when you control your environment, you'll fit right in. Our systems, workflows, and client communication tools are built to support attorneys who work this way. But if you prefer to be in-office, you will have your own private office as well.
Although you will have the flexibility to work from home, you must be located in Northern Virginia to cover court appearances and other in-person work as needed.
The clients we serve are navigating divorce, custody, and complex financial disputes. They need an attorney who combines strong litigation skills with the kind of calm, clear communication that builds trust under pressure. We believe great client outcomes begin with a strong internal culture, and we're intentional about building both.
If this sounds like the opportunity you've been looking for, we'd love to hear from you. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package along with real opportunity for growth. Tell us in your cover letter not just where you've been, but where you want to go.
