Licensed Massage Therapist – $45/hr Massage + Tips | Flexible Schedule

Pay:

$45/hour for massage services + tips

$18/hour for scheduled front desk/guest experience duties

Salternative Spa is a growing luxury wellness spa in Geneva, Illinois. We are looking for a

who is passionate about providing excellent treatments and creating a genuinely elevated guest experience.

We welcome both

Compensation

• $45 per treatment hour

  for massage services

• Massage pay is prorated by treatment length:

• • 30 minutes: $22.50

  • 60 minutes: $45

  • 90 minutes: $67.50

  • 120 minutes: $90

• Tips are additional

• Optional scheduled non-treatment/front desk hours paid at

  $18/hour

• Flexible scheduling

What You'll Do

Provide customised massage treatments based on each guest's individual needs, preferences and goals.

Treatments may include:

• Swedish massage

• Deep tissue massage

• Therapeutic massage

• Trigger point techniques

• Myofascial techniques

• Assisted stretching

You will also provide thoughtful consultations, maintain professional treatment notes and prepare treatment rooms to Salternative Spa standards.

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Current Illinois Massage Therapy Licence

• Professional, dependable and guest-focused

• Strong massage technique and understanding of anatomy

• Ability to tailor treatments to each guest

• Excellent communication skills

• Commitment to cleanliness, safety and professional standards

Newly licensed therapists are encouraged to apply.

Additional training in areas such as prenatal massage, lymphatic drainage, sports massage, cupping, hot stone massage or other advanced modalities is a bonus, but
