OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and dedicated Welder to join our team in Zelienople, PA. Responsibilities- Perform welding tasks using various techniques, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine project specifications.
- Inspect and test welded surfaces to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
- Maintain welding equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Assist in training new welders and share best practices.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational training preferred.
- Proven experience as a welder in a manufacturing or construction environment.
- Strong knowledge of welding techniques and safety standards.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Welding certification is a plus.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
