Role Overview

As a Tax Manager at DiLucci CPA Firm, you'll spend the majority of your time doing the work that actually matters most: final review of complex returns, direct client communication, and close coordination with our planning team to make sure strategy and execution never fall out of sync. You won't be buried in low-level prep work; you'll be the last set of eyes that ensures accuracy, catches what others miss, and turns technical work into real client confidence.

This role will also put genuinely difficult returns in front of you, the kind that stretch your technical skill and keep you learning, not just repeating the same work year after year. You'll help lead and mentor a tax team that's building real depth, and you'll have a direct hand in shaping how that team grows.

If you’ve ever thought - I really want to be around people who love what they do, are career and growth driven, and move really fast, while having fun - then you’ll love this role.

We're not looking for someone to fill a seat; we're looking for someone who wants to be great at tax, alongside people who feel the same way.

If you have a passion for tax, leadership, and excellence, we'd love to see what you can bring to our team.
