A beloved favorite, Pastis NYC located in the heart of the Meatpacking District serves traditional French fare with a newly invigorated soul. The restaurant’s classic curved zinc bar outfitted with signature subway tiles, vintage mirrors, mosaic-tiled floor, and gold-tinged lighting evokes nostalgia. Offering breakfast, weekend brunch, lunch, and dinner – guests can enjoy gathering at Pastis NYC any time of day or visit us at Pastis Miami, Washington D.C., and soon in Nashville and West Palm Beach.


Now seeking an experienced Grill Cook in NYC who is interested in working with a large, collaborative, cohesive culinary unit executing amazing French fare made with high-quality ingredients and integrity.

Desired Qualifications:

  • 2+ Years experience as Grill or Line Cook, preferably in a French-inspired restaurant
  • Ability to manage a station from prep to service
  • Punctual, dependable, and a team first mentality  
  • Full-time availability – including weekend availability
