Job DescriptionJob DescriptionHelping U Home Care is a locally owned, NYS Licensed Home Care Agency that specializes in providing High-Tech Home Care services to our adult and pediatric patients suffering from either a chronic or terminal illness; most of our patients have home ventilators.
We are looking for compassionate, dedicated and well-rounded Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our exceptional interdisciplinary team of health care providers and can uphold our standards and culture.
You can pick which shifts and days of the week work best for your schedule!
$500 Sign on Bonus and $1000 Referral Bonus (call the office for details on how to qualify)
Qualifications:
Current and clear NYS Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
Minimum 1 year home health experience
Provide Ventilator (vent) and Tracheostomy (trach) care
Monitor patients and report on their condition as per patient's Plan of Care
