We are seeking a Lead Foreman Installer. We are a dynamic company specializing in new commercial construction, remodels, replacements, and service work in the commercial heating and cooling industry. Our projects include installing rooftop units, split systems, VRV systems, startups, new ductwork, air distribution, make-up air units, kitchen hoods, and grease ducts. Position: Lead Foreman Installer

Location: KC Metro Area

Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage new construction and remodel projects.

Install and supervise the installation of rooftop units, split systems, VRV systems, startups, new ductwork, air distribution, make-up air units, kitchen hoods, and grease ducts.

Read and interpret submittals and blueprints.

Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and within project timelines.

Coordinate with other trades and subcontractors.

Maintain a safe and organized job site.

Train and mentor junior team members.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a foreman in commercial construction, specifically in heating and cooling.

Ability to read and interpret submittals and blueprints.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Excellent problem-solving abilities.

Valid driver’s license.
