VIP Hospitality Host (part-time, event-based), downtown Atlanta, 2027 season
Air Fresh Marketing is hiring a small team of hosts for a premium suite program at a major downtown Atlanta arena for the 2027 season. Basketball, concerts and family shows, mostly evenings and weekends, up to roughly 150 event nights across the year.
This is hospitality, not a brand ambassador shift. Each night you greet 24 invited guests at two adjacent suites, check them in from a tablet guest list, talk with each guest about the program that brought them, run a short survey, hand over a giveaway, and look after the room through the end of the event. You send a short recap the same night.
We are building a pool of four to six trained hosts plus trained alternates. One primary host works most nights. The others cover the calendar and stand by as backup. Our Atlanta-based Director of Operations interviews every host in person and runs paid in-person training in Atlanta before the first event in early January 2027.
Attendance is strict. You confirm every booked event in advance and arrive on time, every time. If an emergency means you cannot work, you call the Director of Operations directly, as early as possible, so an alternate can cover. A no-call or no-show ends your place on the team.
Requirements:
- VIP, suite, club level, private event or concierge experience
- Based in the Atlanta metro area
- Weeknight and weekend availability
- Polished, articulate, warm and reliable
- Comfortable with a tablet guest list and a short written recap
- Background check if the client requires it
$25 to $28 an hour, with a call that starts 90 minutes before doors and runs through the end of the event. Blazer and name badge provided. Event dates depend on the arena calendar and are not guaranteed.
