Salary: $120,000–$140,000 + RVU Bonus
Our client is hiring an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide quality, patient-centered care in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. The focus is on treating patients in place when appropriate and reducing unnecessary hospitalizations.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients in the SNF setting
- Manage acute and chronic conditions
- Perform assessments and develop treatment plans
- Manage wounds and infections
- Administer injections and immunizations
- Perform procedures including suturing when appropriate
- Educate patients and families and coordinate care with the clinical team
Qualifications
- Current Florida NP or PA license
- Board certification as applicable
- SNF, long-term care, post-acute care, or geriatric experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- SNF experience is preferred but not required
Compensation & Benefits
- $120,000–$140,000 salary
