About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head for its Amazon Channel with a strong background in e-commerce. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the Amazon business, including P&L, strategy, execution, and performance. This role requires a leader who can fully own and scale the Amazon business, with a focus on driving revenue growth, margin improvement, and operational excellence. The Head of the Amazon Channel will also be tasked with managing Brand Managers and cross-functional teams, so proven experience in team management is essential. Applicants for the Head, Amazon Channel position at the company must have a minimum of 5-7 years' of Amazon leadership experience and a track record of success in this area.
