What you get
- $70,000 to $100,000 a year, with commissions, bonuses, and plenty of spiffs

What you'll do
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair residential and light commercial plumbing
- Handle water heaters, faucets, toilets, remodels, and excavation
- Clean drains, hydro jet, and do video drain inspections
- Do preventive maintenance for our Family Plan members
- Keep clean records and treat every home like your own
What we're looking for
- 3 or more years of service plumbing experience (preferred)
- Strong soldering, troubleshooting, and drain cleaning skills
- Clear, friendly communication with homeowners and teammates
- A valid driver's license, and you must pass a background check, a drug screen, and a motor vehicle report
- An Ohio Backflow Certification is a plus
- Willingness to keep learning new tech and industry standards
