NOW HIRING: JUNIOR BARTENDER / BARBACK

THE MEETING SPOT | Inglewood, CA

THE MEETING SPOT is looking for a motivated, dependable, and hardworking Junior Bartender / Barback to join our team!

We are a premium casual outdoor dining destination near SoFi Stadium, serving fresh food, handcrafted cocktails, and a high-volume game-day and event crowd. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, works well under pressure, and is eager to grow their skills behind the bar.

Responsibilities

  • Support bartenders with bar setup, restocking, and service preparation.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout service.

  • Wash, polish, organize, and replenish glassware.

  • Restock ice, garnishes, mixers, spirits, and other bar supplies.

  • Assist with preparing basic cocktails and beverages as directed.

  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the bar area.

  • Assist with opening, closing, and side-work duties.

  • Communicate effectively with bartenders, servers, kitchen staff, and management.

  • Provide professional, friendly service while maintaining a sense of urgency during busy shifts.

  • Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.

  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to take direction.

  • Ability to stay productive during slower periods without constant supervision.

  • Previous restaurant, barback, or bartending experience preferred; willingness to learn is essential.

  • Must meet applicable California requirements for alcohol service and any required training or certification.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

  • Ability to lift and carry bar supplies, ice, and beverage cases as needed.

  • Comfortable working in an outdoor restaurant environment.

Position Details

  • Location: Inglewood, CA

  • Position: Junior Bartender / Barback

  • Schedule: Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, game days, and major events

  • Compensation: Competitive hourly pay plus applicable tip-pool participation, based on the position and established tip-pooling policy.
