Red hot Emmett’s on Grove is a lively restaurant & bar seeking a friendly, responsible, and dedicated hospitality professional to create an inviting experience for guests.
Following the success of our original location, Emmett’s, Emmett’s on Grove is a Midwest inspired supper club offering tavern style pizza, reimagined Italian classics, and an unparalleled beverage program. Celebrating the spirit of a classic American Tavern with European influences, we pair the warmth of a neighborhood restaurant with an elevated experience of a New York dining destination.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: 80-90k
- PTO after 6 months of employment
- Subsidized primary health insurance plan after 12 months at the business

Responsibilities:
- Act as liaison between guests, FOH & BOH staff, management and ownership
- Recruit, onboard and coach top performing talent
- Oversee Beverage Inventory & Programming in conjunction with Sommelier and Bar team
- Plan and implement service strategy in conjunction with the Maitre d’ and Floor Manager
- Assist GM in motivating staff to achieve organizational and operational objectives
- Inspire exceptional guest service while creating a fun and memorable ambiance
- Be an ambassador for Emmett’s and Emmett’s on Grove
Requirements:
- Exceptional interpersonal & communication skills
- Minimum of 2 years in a service leadership role at a restaurant
- Wines & beverage knowledge
- Demonstrated interest in the hospitality industry
