What You'll Be Working On

• Leading cutting-edge research across large language models, conversational AI, machine learning, and AI safety.

• Developing novel ML approaches, predictive models, and advanced evaluation methodologies.

• Taking research from initial hypothesis and experimentation through to production deployment.
\n
• Helping define the company's long-term research direction and technical strategy.

• Collaborating with exceptional researchers and engineers to solve complex, open-ended problems.

Who We're Looking For

• PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Theoretical Physics, or a closely related quantitative discipline.
\n
• 5+ years of postdoctoral research experience in academia or industry.
\n
• Strong academic research credentials, ideally with publications at leading conferences or journals.
\n
• Exceptional mathematical foundations, statistical reasoning, and programming ability.
\n
