Help People Do Their Best Work
As a Human Resources (HR) Intern at MacLean-Fogg, you will connect classroom learning with the work of supporting employees and managers in a manufacturing business. You will work with HR professionals and teams across the facility to understand employee needs, improve processes, and make information easier to use.
You will take ownership of a meaningful project with guidance from an experienced team. Depending on your assignment, you might improve an onboarding resource, analyze a recruiting process, support a learning initiative, or help make employee communications clearer and more accessible. At the end of the program, you will present your work, findings, and recommendations to leadership.
One application connects you with the HR internship assignments available at this location. Tell us which areas interest you. We will consider your interests, coursework, and experience alongside available projects and business needs.
