Job Summary:
Ducts Unlimited is seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and repairing commercial HVAC systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose system issues and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and local codes.
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding system issues and recommendations.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
- Coordinate with management on project timelines and materials.
- Installation and Start up of new commercial equipment.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of commercial HVAC service experience.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and troubleshooting.
- EPA Certification (required).
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
