Welders & Structural Fitters
MIG • TIG • Flux Core • Header • Structural Welding
Whether your expertise is MIG, TIG, Flux Core, Header, or Structural Welding, we have opportunities for skilled tradespeople who take pride in quality workmanship.
What You'll Do
✅ Perform MIG, TIG, and Flux Core welding on structural steel and fabricated components
✅ Read blueprints and drawings to accurately fit, align, and assemble materials
✅ Measure, layout, and prepare parts for welding and fabrication
What We're Looking For
✔ Experience in structural fitting, welding, or fabrication
✔ Proficiency with MIG, TIG, Flux Core, Header, or Structural welding processes
✔ Ability to pass a hands-on weld and fit test
Weld Test Requirements
Fitter Test: Tee Bar Horizontal (MIG & Flux Core)
Structural Weld Test: 3G MIG (Downhill) & Flux Core (Uphill)
