As an Associate Account Manager , you will gain hands-on exposure to client management, business development, recruiting collaboration, and consulting services while working directly alongside experienced leadership in a highly collaborative environment . Responsibilities:

• Support and grow existing client relationships across IT consulting and staffing accounts

• Partner closely with recruiting teams to align on client needs, candidate feedback, and delivery

• Participate in client meetings, relationship check-ins, and occasional onsite visits

• Assist with business development initiatives including outreach and account expansion

• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful delivery and high client satisfaction

• Track account performance, spread, and weekly metrics to support revenue growth

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required

• Strong interest in sales, consulting, account management, or the technology services industry

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Highly motivated, coachable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to work within a hybrid schedule in Chicago’s River North office

• Desire to build a long-term career within IT consulting and client services
