Are you motivated, dependable, and ready to learn a skilled trade? We are seeking an Entry-Level Welder to join our team in Youngstown, Ohio. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to begin or grow a career in welding and manufacturing.

In this role, you will learn and perform MIG welding, material preparation, assembly, and fabrication tasks in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and job specifications
  • Measure, cut, and prepare materials according to production requirements
  • Perform MIG welding and Flux-Cored (Dual Shield) welding as needed
  • Assemble metal components accurately and efficiently
  • Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy
  • Operate hand and power tools, including 4-inch and 9-inch grinders
  • Prepare work surfaces for safe and effective welding operations
  • Maintain and clean welding equipment and work areas
  • Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace
  • Meet production goals while maintaining quality standards


Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous welding training, vocational education, or welding experience
  • 6+ months of Flux-Cored (Dual Shield) welding experience

  • Ability to read blueprints and job specifications
  • Ability to accurately read a tape measure
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Dependable, reliable, and safety-focused mindset
  • Willingness to learn new skills and follow established processes


Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds
  • Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform manual labor throughout the shift
  • Ability to safely wear required PPE
  • Sufficient vision and hearing to safely perform job duties and identify workplace hazards
