Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Field Engineer (L2/L3) to provide onsite technical support and troubleshoot hardware, network, and infrastructure-related issues.
Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 onsite technical support to users and IT teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
- Install, configure, maintain, and replace IT equipment as required.
- Support desktops, laptops, printers, network devices, and other IT infrastructure.
- Perform system diagnostics and identify root causes of technical issues.
- Coordinate with remote IT teams and vendors for issue resolution.
- Perform onsite installations, upgrades, maintenance, and break-fix activities.
- Maintain proper documentation of service activities and incidents.
- Follow company security, safety, and IT support procedures.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in Field Engineering / Desktop Support / Infrastructure Support.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Windows OS, hardware, networking, and peripherals.
- Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, and network troubleshooting.
- Experience working with network devices, printers, and IT infrastructure.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle onsite support activities.
