CDL A Flatbed Driver - $28 Per Hour - Middlebury, INAbout the PositionWe are seeking Class A CDL Flatbed Drivers to join our team in Middlebury, IN. This position offers a pay rate of $28 per hour for 1st shift. Manual transmission and flatbed experience is required.
Pay & Schedule- Pay: $28 per hour
- Home daily with local and regional routes
- Optional overnight runs available
- Route Type: Local Delivery
- Freight: Flat aluminum stock, occasionally coils
- Equipment: Flatbed and Conestoga trailers
- Handling: Driver must strap or chain (no tarp)
- Local runs approximately 150 miles
- Operate 2026 Kenworth 10-speed trucks
- Ensure safe and efficient transportation of goods
- Maintain a clean motor vehicle record
- Adhere to all DOT and FMCSA regulations
- 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL driving experience
- Valid Class A CDL
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to operate flatbed and Conestoga equipment, and a manual transmission
- Earn an additional $40 per week through our Attendance Bonus Program
- Receive a $50 weekly canteen allowance for meals, drinks, snacks, and convenience items
