ClouseSpaniac Attorneys handles a wide variety of federal and state civil litigation cases in areas such as personal injury, employment, habitability, premises liability, traumatic and catastrophic injury. ClouseSpaniac Attorneys is looking for an individual who possesses excellent research, analytical, communication and writing skills. The individual must have an excellent work ethic, be able to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines, be team-work oriented and demonstrate great attention to detail and case management skills. Some of the job duties entail case work-up under the direction of a supervising attorney, propounding and responding to discovery, taking and defending depositions, court attendance, and law and motion work.
