TransForce is seeking CDL-A Regional Drivers for a direct-hire opportunity supporting regional and local operations in Riner, Virginia. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, competitive annual pay, and the opportunity to join a driver-focused team.

• Pay: $75,000–$90,000 per year
• Schedule: Sunday through Friday during peak season and Monday through Friday during the off-season
• Shift: Typically second-shift start times
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Layovers: An average of 3–4 per week during peak season and 2–3 per week during the off-season
• Anticipated Start Date: June 22, 2026

• Route Type: Regional and local routes
• Freight: Wholesale nursery and landscape supplies, including plants, flowers, herbs, and vegetables
• Equipment: CDL-A tractor-trailer with automatic transmission, dry van, and reefer equipment
• Handling: Light touch;
  drivers assist with loading and unloading as needed

• Safely operate equipment on regional and local routes
• Transport wholesale nursery products to landscapers, landscape contractors, architects, independent garden centers, and distributors
• Follow DOT and company safety standards
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate logs and required paperwork
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams
• Assist with unloading products by hand using rolling cages, hand carts, or dollies when needed

• Valid CDL-A
• 1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
• Experience operating CDL-A tractor-trailer equipment
• No endorsements required
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
