The Assembly Associate performs manufacturing assembly activities by following work instructions and standard operating procedures. This role prepares workstations, operates tools, verifies product quality through inspection and testing, documents defects, and supports safe, coordinated production operations.
Responsibilities
- Assemble parts according to work instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Set up and maintain the workstation for efficient assembly operations.
- Operate assembly tools safely and effectively.
- Perform dimensional measurements, visual inspections, and functional testing.
- Document and report defects identified during assembly and quality checks.
- Follow safety requirements and established operating procedures.
- Coordinate with team members to support production activities.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing assembly.
