Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAPEX Wound Solutions is expanding our multidisciplinary team! We are seeking self-sufficient, motivated Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to deliver advanced, patient-centered wound care in home health and clinic settings. This is a highly autonomous role offering flexible scheduling and the opportunity to build meaningful patient relationships.
What You Will Do
- Conduct comprehensive wound assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
- Perform advanced wound care management and debridement.
- Collaborate seamlessly with physicians, therapists, and home health care teams.
- Educate patients and their caregivers on proper wound healing and prevention strategies.
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation for all visits.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Texas NP or PA License.
- Strong clinical assessment skills with the ability to work independently.
- Reliable transportation for local travel within the Victoria and Corpus Christi areas.
- Preferred but not required: Active DEA license and previous wound care experience (highly motivated clinicians without prior wound care experience are still encouraged to apply!).
