About the Role:
Michel Badin MD PA is looking for a passionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our dedicated medical team in Jersey City, NJ. Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, physical exams, and health histories
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, labs, and imaging
- Prescribe medications and manage ongoing pharmacological treatments
- Educate patients and families on health management, prevention, and wellness
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare staff to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR)
Requirements:
- Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the state of New Jersey
- Master's degree or higher in Nursing (MSN, DNP) from an accredited program
- Current DEA certification and prescriptive authority
- Board certification (FNP, ANP, or relevant specialty) required
- Previous clinical experience in a physician practice or outpatient setting preferred
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and patient-centered care skills
