About the Role:
As a CNA on our team, you will work under the supervision of our skilled nursing staff to provide high-quality care to our residents. Your duties will include:

• Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitoring vital signs and reporting changes to the nursing staff
• Providing emotional support and companionship to our residents
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment in our resident's rooms and common areas

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Conduct routine vital sign checks and report any changes to the nursing staff
• Assist with mealtime and hydration needs, including feeding and transporting residents
• Provide assistance with transfers and ambulation, as needed
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and treatment
