Bring your cocktail knowledge and hospitality skills to Urban Italia, an American-Italian restaurant in Victory Park. We are looking for bartenders and mixologists who can create well-balanced drinks, connect with guests and keep bar service organized during a busy shift.
What you will do
· Prepare classic and house cocktails with consistent recipes, measurements and presentation.
· Recommend cocktails, wine and beer based on guest preferences and menu offerings.
· Provide attentive service to bar guests and prepare beverage orders for the dining room.
· Set up and restock the bar, prepare garnishes, clean equipment and complete opening and closing duties.
· Enter orders and handle payments accurately; monitor supplies and communicate restocking needs.
· Follow applicable alcohol-service requirements, check identification and use sound judgment when serving guests.
· For mixology-focused assignments: Contribute cocktail ideas and help maintain consistent drink quality.
What you bring
· Hands-on bartending experience and working knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine and beer.
· Accurate pours, attention to detail and the ability to manage several orders at once.
· Warm guest service, clear communication and dependable teamwork.
· Experience with cocktail development is preferred for mixology-focused assignments.
· Ability to meet applicable age and alcohol-service requirements.
