About the Role

The Company is in search of an Associate Vice President for Customer Solutions Delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the technology platforms that underpin the end-to-end customer experience, with a focus on policy administration, billing, claims, and customer engagement. This role is pivotal in driving enterprise modernization and digital transformation initiatives, and the AVP will be expected to lead and develop high-performing engineering teams, define and execute the technology roadmap for customer-facing platforms, and drive cloud modernization using a range of advanced technologies. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 10 years in technology leadership, including experience in leading multiple engineering teams. The role requires a strong background in AWS, cloud-native architecture, microservices, APIs, and AI technologies, as well as a proven track record in delivering enterprise digital transformation and large-scale system integration initiatives. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential, and experience in a regulated industry such as insurance, financial services, or healthcare is preferred. The ideal candidate will also have a deep understanding of customer-facing enterprise platforms in a complex or regulated environment and be familiar with Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and quality engineering best practices.
