Job Description

Job Description

COMFORT DOESNT FIX ITSELF. THATS WHERE YOU COME IN.

You know HVAC systems. You can track down the real problem, explain it without burying the homeowner in technical jargon, and make the repair the right way.

Now youre looking for a company that respects what you know, gives you the tools to do your job, and creates room for you to keep growing.

Since 2009, weve grown from a one-man HVAC company into a trusted home-service provider serving homeowners throughout the Charlotte area. Weve grown a lot, but our approach has not changed: take care of our customers, take care of our team, communicate clearly, and do quality work the right way.

We make systems work.

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot residential heating and cooling systems
  • Repair and maintain air conditioners, heat pumps, gas furnaces, mini-splits, and air handlers
  • Address airflow, ductwork, zoning, thermostat, control, refrigerant, and indoor air quality concerns
  • Perform system inspections and preventative maintenance
  • Identify safety, efficiency, and performance concerns
  • Clearly explain findings and recommended solutions to homeowners
  • Present appropriate repair and replacement options without pressure or unnecessary upselling
  • Deliver a professional, positive customer experience on every call
  • Maintain accurate service documentation, estimates, and invoices
  • Communicate with dispatch, management, and other members of the team
  • Keep your company vehicle clean, organized, and stocked
  • Participate in the on-call rotation
  • Follow company safety, quality, and refrigerant-handling standards
  • Participate in ongoing technical and professional training
