Care Team is seeking Experienced CNA, HHAs for Private Duty Cases for Hillsborough County.
Applications accepted Monday thru Friday 9a-4p, Apply in person to our Tampa office, to get started & join our new Team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide routine individualized care to patients in their home.
- Monitor and report changes in patient health status
- Provide personal care, such as bathing and dressing
- Meal Prep and light house keeping.
Qualifications:
- Experience in hospice, home health, or other related fields
- Flexible Schedules
- Positive and patient demeanor
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Must have CEUs for: 2 hour Alzheimer & Related Dementia, HIV, 2 hour Assist with Self Administration of Medications and Elder Affairs 1 hour Alzheimer Certificate.
