About this position

Fratello Fresh Pasta is looking for friendly and dependable team members that love pasta. Request experience in preparing food items, assisting customers in fast-paced food service environments, taking customer orders, handling cash transactions, and maintaining clean work areas. Team members should be available to train for multiple job positions. Morning and afternoon availability only. Must be able to consistently work one weekend day, either Saturday or Sunday. 

Responsibilities & Skills 

• Prepare and serve food and drinks according to Fratello standards 

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards 

• Knowledge of food, menu descriptions 

• Greet customers and take food and beverage orders 

• Package orders accurately based on guest order and special request 

• Operate cash register and process payments accurately  

• Assist with portioning, prep and labeling food  

• Receive and properly store deliveries and inventory 

• Maintain cleanliness of counters, and service stations  

• Restock food, beverages, utensils, and supplies  

• Answer customer questions and resolve concerns professionally  

• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines  

• Morning and afternoon availability 

• Cash handling and basic math skills  

• Attention to cleanliness and food safety
