Jetta Corporation manufactures bathtubs, shower bases, and bath products in Edmond, Oklahoma. Our manufacturing and distribution environments rely on dependable material flow, accurate inventory, and strong domestic and overseas supplier partnerships to meet production and customer needs.

The Role
As our Supply Chain Specialist, you’ll keep materials flowing so Production and our customers get what they need on time. You’ll manage purchase orders with domestic and overseas suppliers, stay ahead of shortages and long-lead items, and coordinate international shipments from the factory floor to our dock. You’ll work from an office in our warehouse alongside Production, Warehouse, Quality, Engineering, Customer Experience, and Accounting, and report to the Supply Chain Director.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and issue purchase orders, confirm supplier acknowledgments, and keep pricing and delivery dates current in the ERP system.
• Expedite late and at-risk orders, and communicate shortages and supplier issues before they affect production.
• Coordinate overseas orders with international suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers, and track shipments through delivery.
• Gather import documentation and capture freight and duty costs for accurate landed cost.
• Review inventory levels, reorder points, and production needs to plan replenishment.
• Resolve PO, receipt, and invoice mismatches with the Warehouse, suppliers, and Accounting.
• Gather supplier quotes and support sourcing and cost-saving projects.
• Track supplier on-time delivery, open POs, and lead times, and recommend process improvements.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, inventory control, or materials coordination in a manufacturing environment.
• ERP experience and solid Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables).
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Clear communication with suppliers and internal teams.
• International purchasing or import experience preferred.
• Familiarity with MRP, bills of materials, and Incoterms preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Business preferred.
• APICS/ASCM or ISM certification is a plus.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
This is a variable work environment moving from an office role located inside our warehouse, with regular time on the warehouse and production floors. It requires extended computer use, standing and walking in the warehouse, and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs. PPE is required on the floor. Some flexibility is occasionally needed to connect with overseas suppliers in other time zones. Limited travel to supplier or Company sites; a valid driver’s license is required.
