The Role
We are looking for a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our Salon. The ideal candidate is a creative professional with a strong foundation in cutting, coloring, and styling, and a commitment to providing top-tier customer service.
· Provide full-service hair care including cutting, styling, coloring, and chemical treatments.
· Conduct thorough consultations to understand client needs and recommend appropriate services and products.
· Maintain a clean & organized workstation in compliance with health and safety regulations.
· Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
· Stay up to date with the latest hair trends, techniques, and industry innovations.
Requirements
· Valid State Cosmetology License. 4+ years of experience
· Proven experience as a Hair Stylist (Portfolio of work preferred).
· Strong knowledge of color theory and various cutting techniques.
· Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, Reliable, professional, and a team player.
