3PL Forklift Operator
Location: West Jefferson, OH
Pay: $20.00–$21.86 per hour, depending on shift
Industry: Third-Party Logistics (3PL) / Warehouse Distribution
Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Forklift Operators to support warehouse and distribution operations for a third-party logistics (3PL) facility in West Jefferson, Ohio. Candidates must have hands-on experience operating both Crown Stand-Up Forklifts and Cherry Picker equipment. Successful candidates will be responsible for safely moving, storing, and retrieving products while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Multiple shifts are available, offering opportunities for experienced operators to join a growing logistics operation.
Available Shifts & Pay
Standard Shift
- 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–3:30 PM — $21.36/hour
- 2nd Shift: Tuesday–Saturday, 4:00 PM–1:30 AM — $21.86/hour
- Mid Shift: Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM–8:30 PM — $21.86/hour
Samples Department
- Cherry Picker Operators: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM — $20.00/hour
Key Responsibilities
- Operate Crown Stand-Up Forklifts and Cherry Picker equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, move, and store products throughout the warehouse.
- Pick, retrieve, and transport inventory to designated locations.
- Accurately fulfill orders and follow warehouse procedures.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with general warehouse operations as needed.
- Follow all warehouse safety policies and equipment operating procedures.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
Qualifications
- Previous hands-on experience operating Crown Stand-Up Forklifts and Cherry Picker equipment is required.
- Ability to safely operate warehouse material-handling equipment in a fast-paced 3PL environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to follow instructions, meet productivity expectations, and work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to perform the physical requirements of a warehouse position, including standing, walking, and lifting as needed.
