QA - Salesforce - Full Time - Remote

- Demonstrated experience supporting quality assurance activities for complex enterprise applications, with at least 5 years in testing or quality engineering roles.
- Strong Salesforce testing background, including a minimum of 3 years working with platform-based solutions.
- Hands-on validation experience across Lightning interfaces, custom components, automated flows, Apex-driven features, reporting, dashboards, and access/security models.
- Experience testing APIs and integrations between Salesforce and external systems, including REST-based services.
- Ability to define test scenarios, prepare test data, execute end-to-end validation, and document results across multiple testing phases.
- Skilled in identifying defects, performing root-cause analysis, and partnering with developers and business teams through issue resolution.
- Comfortable working with test management and defect-tracking platforms in Agile or iterative delivery environments.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to troubleshoot functional and integration issues.
- Effective communicator who can clearly explain defects, risks, testing progress, and overall quality status to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a comparable discipline; relevant professional experience may be considered in place of formal education.
