1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Vacancy description Operate long-haul dry van freight nationwide while based in Waterloo, joining a company that emphasizes driver safety and support. Expect solo OTR routes in late-model tractors fitted with APUs, inverters and sleepers, plus reliable in-house maintenance to keep you rolling. Daily focus: Deliver dry van freight safely and on schedule across state and interstate lanes. Maintain accurate logs, complete required paperwork and perform routine inspections. Coordinate with dispatch for efficient routing and load planning. Minimum qualifications:
CDL-A and 12+ months of verifiable driving experience.
Pay begins at 65 CPM with mileage targets, safety and referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits including medical and retirement options.
