CAPO 29 is a new Italian fine dining restaurant in Saint Helena, CA. A totally open kitchen separated from the dining room by a large glass wall. Classic cuisine with a touch of french influence.
Completely new kitchen from the floor to the ceiling. New ovens, stoves, lowboys, walk-in.
WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A SOUS CHEF
The ideal candidate will possess the ability to adopt the techniques of our unique approach to Italian cuisine. We are looking for a candidate with strong leadership traits, a responsible, self-starter, with a team driven approach and impeccable standards.
The ideal candidate will prove instrumental in supporting the head chef in all aspects of menu preparation. You can inspire, work multiple stations, while handling administrative duties as they present themselves in the flow of service.
