Creole Cuisine Restaurant Concepts is seeking an experienced, hands-on Assistant General Manager to join our Boulevard American Bistro leadership team!

What You'll Be Doing
- Partner with the General Manager to oversee daily operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop FOH and BOH teams while fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, labor costs, and daily operational execution.
- Maintain high standards for hospitality, food quality, cleanliness, and safety.
- Monitor restaurant performance, support financial goals, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Resolve guest concerns and support restaurant promotions, special events, and company initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in upscale casual or full-service dining.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards, and guest satisfaction.
- Experience with labor management, scheduling, inventory, and restaurant financials.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
