Job Overview
All In Physical Therapy is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist for our outpatient clinic in Meridian, Idaho. We are looking for a clinician who wants to provide excellent care in a professional, supportive environment where patient outcomes—not rushed volume—come first. Here, you will see patients one-on-one every 40 minutes, giving you the time to deliver focused care, build trust, and make a real clinical difference.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat outpatient orthopedic patients
- Create and progress individualized treatment plans
- Provide one-on-one treatment and patient education through HEP and RTM
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Communicate with physicians, referral sources, patients, and team members
- Contribute to a dependable, positive, and patient-centered clinic culture
Qualifications
- Current Idaho Physical Therapist license, or eligibility to obtain one
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and patient-first clinical approach
- Ability to independently manage a full-time caseload

Compensation and benefits
- Guaranteed base salary for the first 90-180 days during onboarding, then transition to a performance-based model, based on experience and qualifications.
- Typical full-time schedule of 10–12 patient visits per day
- Anticipated annual visit-pay earnings of approximately $78,000–$109,200
- Employer-paid medical insurance at full-time
- Employer-paid dental insurance at full-time
- Six paid holidays annually plus one day off during the month of your birthday
- PTO begins at two weeks and grows to a maximum of three weeks with tenure
- $1200 CE allowance and License reimbursement
