Are you an experienced Truss Builder looking for a stable, long-term opportunity with consistent hours and overtime potential? We're seeking skilled professionals who know their way around a truss table and take pride in producing quality work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Pay & Schedule $17-$19 per hour (based on experience)Monday-Friday 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Overtime and Saturdays available as business demands What You'll Do
- Build roof and floor trusses on production tables
- Measure, position, and secure lumber according to specifications
- Operate nail guns, saws, presses, and other production tools
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
- Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and craftsmanship
- Maintain a safe and organized work area
Hands-on experience working on a truss table
Ability to lift 50-75 lbs regularly
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Ability and willingness to work overtime when needed
