Senior Technology Lead/IT Manager – Commercial Technology & Global Operations
Location: Albertville, AL (Strongly Preferred) | Southlake, TX | La Grange, IL
Direct Hire | $180K–$190K Base Salary + Annual Incentive | 100% Onsite and 25% travel

We’re partnering with a well-established global industrial organization to identify an accomplished Senior Technology Manager/Lead to lead a high-impact technology organization supporting global operations, commercial business functions, and customer-facing solutions.
This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic technology leader who understands how to connect technology investments with business performance, revenue growth, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop multidisciplinary technology teams across software engineering, data science, cloud architecture, and technical support.
- Oversee enterprise application development, technology implementations, and customer-facing solutions.
- Direct global, 24/7 technology support operations, ensuring service reliability, customer satisfaction, and adherence to SLAs.
- Partner with executive leadership and global customers to align technology strategy with business objectives.
- Manage budgets, project financials, resource planning, vendor relationships, delivery commitments, and operational risks.
- Support commercial contracts, cybersecurity compliance, and continuous operational improvement.
- Build a high-performing organization through strong leadership, accountability, and talent development.
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of progressive technology management and leadership experience.
- Proven success leading enterprise application development and technology delivery within a large, global organization.
- Experience managing diverse technical teams and complex, business-critical technology operations.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to connect technology strategy to revenue, financial performance, and customer outcomes.
- Experience overseeing global support operations, service-level commitments, and customer-facing technology services.
- Strong executive communication, financial management, vendor management, and strategic planning skills.
- Sufficient technical depth to guide engineering and architecture teams without being a hands-on developer.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent professional experience.
Compensation & Benefits
- $180K–$190K target base salary
- 20% target annual incentive, with potential to reach 40% through incentive multipliers
